We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns and refunds hassle-free.

100-Day Return Policy

You have 100 days after receiving your order to request a return. No worries—if you're unhappy, we’ll make it right!

📩 Simply email us at support@shopcustommoments.com, and we’ll issue a full refund—no need to return your item!

If you prefer to send the product back, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1️⃣ Email us at support@shopcustommoments.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ If applicable, we’ll send you a new embosser for free!
3️⃣ Once processed, refunds are issued within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

⏳ Bank processing times may vary—if you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders? We’ll Fix It!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement for free.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our embossers, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Custom or engraved items (unless damaged or incorrect)
❌ Digital gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like a different design, simply place a new order and request a refund for the original item.
